Years of working in marketing has taught me how incredibly important it is for us to make a great first impression. With so much business now done online that first impression is often a digital one –invariably your headshot, your Facebook banner or company website.
It’s for this reason your business portraits must be exceptional. A potential client spends only 1/6th of a second on your image before they decide to look further at what you do or move on to your competitor. This can be a terrifying thought, but rest assured I can help.
To get a great photograph, you need to work with someone who understands:
- what it is you are trying to convey in your images
- who it is you are reaching out to
- your brand and your message.
Planning and preparation are key. Before your shoot I will take you through some techniques to make the most of every minute you have in front of my camera. For me, this is the minimum any photographer should do, but it’s amazing how many don’t!
My clients use me because I care deeply about making them look good on camera and helping them to overcome their fears. Part of this process is studying your face and how you look from various angles, making tiny adjustments to capture exactly the right expression.
